The Wellington Arms The Wellington Arms is a traditional Southampton Free House Pub with some great features for you to enjoy. We have two bars, plenty of comfortable chairs, a special TV lounge and a beer garden.
We also have some exceptional traditional English Ales that you just won't find in most of the pubs of Southampton. Inside we are sure you will find a warm and pleasant welcome awaits you.

Directions

On the corner of Park Road and Mansion Road

Coming from the City Centre take the main road to the west, at the Central Station make a right turn towards Shirley and proceed past the Co-Op supermarket on your right. Take the next turning left and turn right at the next junction. You will see us on the left.
Coming from the New Forest take the main road into Southampton and go over both flyovers at Redbridge and Millboook. When you see a church on your left take a left into Paynes Road. Then take the third right into Park Road where you will see us on the right.

Traditional Ales

We pride ourselves in the quality and range of our real ales and beers. We keep the following beers on tap for you to enjoy.
Fullers London Pride (a smooth and astonishingly complex beer, which has a distinctive malty base complemented by a rich balance of well developed hop flavours from the Target, Challenger and Northdown varieties in the brew.) Adnams Bitter (3.7% ABV The classic Southwold bitter and Adnams favourite - brimming with the fragrance of finest hops and malt, it's dry yet refreshing, with a lingering bitter flavour.) Ringwood Best Bitter(Golden brown in colour. Aromas of fruit and spice almost creamy in flavour.) Hobgoblin "a deliciously dark, full-bodied and rich 'chocolate' malted brew" - the official beer of Halloween! Fullers E.S.B. (one of the strongest regularly brewed draught beers in the country at 5.5% ABV) and Ringwood's excellent Old Thumper.
We also have 5 regularly changing guest ales.
On tap we also have Draught Leffe, Strongbow, Stella Artois, Carlsberg, Hoegaarden, Guinness, Lowenbrau, Carling, San Miguel and Starorpramen.(Czech Lager) 		real ales

Beer Garden

We have a beer garden with plenty of tables and chairs for those warmer evenings. It is pleasently quiet with shrubs around its borders.

The Garden is now heated for the cooler evenings with awnings to protect our customers from the weather.
